One of the the wheels for Mad Max. 13 spoke mid-'80s HD from a swap-meet that cleaned up really good. We're going with 90/140-16s front AND rear.

We use pieces of regular garden hose to space the fender over the tire.

We're using a front dresser fender for the rear fender. First we have to cut off the original fender mounts.
